Caring for your autoclave
Before you buy an autoclave from Redstar Medical, we will recommend the best machine for your needs. We will also recommend what services are required and we will not sell you something you do not need. One of our supplier trained Engineers will then deliver and install the machine at a convenient time, and ensure that the commissioning process is as the manufacturer intends. They will train your staff to ensure that they understand how to use the equipment and correctly maintain it. Your warranty will cover any equipment failures for a period of 2 years from this date.
Our warehouse facility stocks the most common spare parts that may be required in the event of component failure, and we have a full workshop should your machine need to be taken off-site for repair. We can even provide a loan autoclave to keep you up and running while you await the return of your machine.
While we make recommendations to your staff for routine checks and maintenance, manufacturers recommend annual servicing to prolong the life of your machine and prevent inconvenient breakdowns. At Redstar Medical, we can service and repair most makes of autoclave, so if you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us!
We also provide validation testing of autoclaves, washer disinfectors and ultrasonic cleaners.
